places to visit during your holiday in Bali.


Yoga Barn

If you are a yoga enthusiast, yoga barn will appeal to you. Yoga barn is one of the best studio and retreat centers on the island. They offer daily yoga classes and meditation programs. In addition to offering classes from 7 to 9 P.M, they also offer healthy diet programs to help you cleanse and detox.

Ubud Monkey Forest

Ubud monkey forest is one of the popular tourist attractions in Bali. The complex is not only a sanctuary for the monkeys but also houses three temples, each dedicated to a different God. The construction of the complex started in the 14th century. These temples are not open to the public because the local residents still use them for ceremonies and prayers. You will still be able to enjoy symbolic sculptures while interacting with the monkeys that live in the sanctuary.

Tirtha Empul

Tirtha empul is one of the biggest and most prominent water temples in Bali. Founded in 926 A.D, the complex is still being utilized for ceremonies. Despite being used for ceremonies, visitors from all over the world flock to experience the beauty of the complex and to participate in the purification ceremony. It takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour for visitors to explore the entire site.


Since it is considered a holy site, please prepare a sarong.

Tegalalang Rice Terrace

The site is one of the most visited sites in Bali. Best known for its scenic view, Tegalalang is also a UNESCO site. The site displays the timeless “Subak” irrigation system, which was said to have been passed on from generation to generation since the 8th Century. If you are planning to visit Bali this upcoming March, April, September, or October, then it will be the right time for you to visit this site as you will be able to see green paddies, ready to be harvested.

Campuhan Ridge Walk

Walk through the campuhan ridge and experience the natural beauty of Bali. The campuhan ridge showcases the lush greenery of Ubud. The path stretches for 2,5 KM and it takes roughly thirty minutes to walk from one edge to another. The recommended time to walk through this path is at sunrise, to avoid humidity.
